Sadly, my childhood home and the house my mother had been living in for 60 years had become a deceased estate. It was made slightly more complex with me living interstate, so I was looking for a real estate agent who was not full of false promises and was pleasant to deal with.
A friend gave me Hugo’s number as he had sold their house about six months earlier, within two days! My first interaction with Hugo and Luljeta was very encouraging. They could see past any flaws the house had and were so enthusiastic.
Hugo and Luljeta had an army of tradespeople who worked in an exceptionally quick timeframe, bringing the house up to a sellable state. They coordinated all the work that needed to be done. Living interstate meant I only had a finite time in Sydney, so it would have been an absolute nightmare to deal with tradespeople over long distances. I believe other real estate agents would not have done such a good job in this aspect.
I was most impressed with the transformation of the house and the amazing photography. The styling and gardening were excellent, and in particular, the styling made it look appealing, despite being 60 years old.
We found ourselves in a rapidly downward market with interest rates rising. It became apparent that the house would not sell for anywhere near the asking price. This was somewhat disappointing, but market conditions dictate what any buyer will pay at a given time.
I really appreciate Hugo and Luljeta’s enthusiasm and their non-stop efforts. They are genuinely nice people, and I would definitely recommend Hugo and Luljeta to friends and family.
