The ground floor has been cleverly balanced, and with its open sight lines, and clean design, each element has been expertly executed to create an effortless connection between the living spaces, and the resort-like gardens beyond. The polished concrete floors create an ease of liveability at The Beach House which helps slow things down. The décor is plush, and includes a cosy gas fireplace for an intimate gathering with family and friends.

The open plan kitchen is gorgeous by design, and impeccably laid out for meal preparation and meal presentation alike. With its breakfast bar servery, come intimate mealtime eatery, the kitchen island will quickly turn into the focal point of your stay. The dining room helps elevate dinners further, and given its nestled position on the western aspect, the connection to the outdoor makes for the perfect sunset transitions towards the end of the day.

Connecting seamlessly from the living room to the outdoors, the alfresco is perfectly poised to host a classic coastal lunch, or extended family dinners under the stars. Accentuated by a sparkle of pretty fairy lights the outdoor BBQ kitchen is located adjoining the alfresco and will cater to the whims of the most discerning of master chefs.

By way of accommodation, upstairs the three bedrooms are spacious and each delicately dressed in soft linen sheets, reminding guests of the home’s coastal seaside setting at every turn. The master bedroom enjoys an elevated leafy outlook of ferns and palms and includes a private ensuite for added comfort. The study is located at the top of the stairs and once again optimised perfectly to it surrounds, providing a quiet corner of the home for use throughout the stay.

Located 100 metres from the sands of Clontarf Beach, the famed affluent harbourside enclave includes two cafés, each serving delicious coffee and a varying array of meals and snacks. The recently completed child-friendly play equipment is state of the art, and nearby access to the beach, water and walks all a matter of footsteps from The Beach House front door.
