What is Homes for Hoops?

With the popularity of Basketball in Australia on the rise, Etch Real Estate is being proactive with their support of youth. 

We understand how challenging the financial burden of game fees, uniforms trainings and travel can on families as they support their child on this incredible journey of learning the game of Basketball. 

Homes for Hoops is a program designed to financially support the Basketball Associations in NSW, and provide funds directly and indirectly to those on the journey!

How does Homes for Hoops work?

List and sell your home with Hugo Ortega and Luljeta Ortega of Etch Real Estate and they will provide $2,500 towards the Norths Bears Youth Representative Program, or program of your choice, including scholarship and mentorship opportunities for junior and youth league athletes. 

All Norths Members listing and selling their home will also receive $2,000 off the marketing of their property.

Sponsorship Benefits to Northern Suburb Basketball Association (NSBA)

• Funding from sponsor of $1,000 (inc GST) from each property settlement to go towards the NSBA Representative Program. This funds can come in the form ofscholarship and mentorship programs offered by NSBA to Junior and Youth Representative Players. 
• Sponsor to rebate a further $2,000 off the Vendor/Member’s advertising bill at settlement of property sale. (Upon a successful settlement of the members property, this amount will be deducted from their account and shown in the settlement breakdown of costs).
