Imagine a location on the Shire where you can be build your family a dream home or create a boutique development with relative ease. Welcome to 16 Houston Street Gymea, a unique boutique development opportunity with dual street access.

No. 16 is currently a quaint family home now offered as a blank canvas for the first time in almost 50yrs. The residence is comprised of three bedrooms, the main with North facing sun room, a full sized bathroom, galley style kitchen and open dining room.

The true opportunity that 16 Houston provides is located just outside. Perched on a 682 sqm level block the plot offers dual access from the two very picturesque streets of Houston and View Street. Both are leafy and relatively undercapitalised. Subject to Council Approval, and just like a handful of the neighbouring blocks, 16 Houston could be sub divided and two modern homes built with relative ease.

A short stroll from this development opportunity is Westfield Miranda and Port Hacking High School to the North, and a stone’s throw is Gymea Montessori Academy, a state of the art facility opened in 2015 and the charming St Catherine Laboure Catholic Primary School. Gymea train station and the famed Gymea Village all within walking distance from 16 Houston.

Gymea Village is comprised of over 60 businesses including cafe’s, restaurants, banks and community based businesses like The Gymea Lily, a great homewares shop that has been serving The Shire since 1986.
16 Houston is located literally within a 10 minute drive from Cronulla and all it has to offer by way of surfing hotspots and a booming cafe and restaurant culture like Heart & Soul Organic Chai Cafe and Pilgrims Cronulla.

If this development opportunity sparks interest please do not hesitate to contact Hugo or Luljeta. At Etch Real Estate we acknowledges just how privileged this lifestyle opportunity is and truly believe that 16 Houston will bring years of great memories ahead for the next Shire Family.
